Early 2000's light blue sweater in pure cashmere with crystal embellishments.  Made in Italy.

Lucien Pellat-Finet was a French designer who rose to prominence in the late 90's and early 2000's, he became known for cashmere sweaters featuring skulls, punk influences, and graphic motifs.
